By depositing funds into your wallet or converting funds into service credits, you acknowledge that these resources are prepared for your use in real-time. To prevent system abuse and cover operational overhead, refunds are discouraged and are granted only under the strict conditions outlined below.
Once funds from the internal wallet are used to purchase "Chat Credits," the transaction is considered final and non-refundable.
The act of converting a wallet balance into service credits constitutes a "use" of the funds. Credits cannot be converted back into cash or refunded to the original payment method, regardless of whether the credits have been exhausted.
Charges incurred for uploading and processing company documents are applied at the moment of upload.
These fees cover the immediate processing power required to index and store your data and are strictly non-refundable.
If you have a balance in your digital wallet that has not been converted into service credits, the following rules apply for refund requests:
Any claim for a refund of a transaction must be submitted in writing to our support team within 48 hours of the deposit. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
All approved refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee. This fee covers transaction processing costs and the manual administrative labor required to reverse the payment.
Users who have initiated account deletion or have had their access restricted due to a violation of our terms are not eligible for any refunds.
We are committed to resolving any billing concerns directly with our clients.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with our support team may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
Upon termination for a dispute, all uploaded data and remaining credits will be forfeited.
You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time. However, deleting an account does not entitle the user to a refund of any remaining wallet balances or service credits.
Recommendation: We recommend utilizing all remaining credits before closing your account.
AI Gems Limited reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our service structure, operational costs, or international payment standards.
The latest version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
