7. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.

7.1 Social Media Platform Integration

When connecting social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X):

Your Responsibilities

You must own or have admin rights to the social media pages you connect
You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from page followers
You must comply with each platform's terms of service and API policies
You acknowledge that AI responses are automated and may require human oversight

Platform Compliance

We comply with Facebook Platform Terms and Developer Policies
Messages are processed according to Facebook's Messaging Policy
We do not share, sell, or transfer Facebook Data to third parties
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest

Important: By connecting your social media pages, you grant us permission to:

• Receive messages sent to your connected pages
• Send automated responses on your behalf
• Store message content temporarily for processing
• Use message data to improve our AI models (anonymized only)

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these ToU. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
